Here we explain how newsletter data, technical data needed by the site and visit measurement data collected with your consent are processed.

Who handles the data

Data controller: Andrea Pesce. Contact: info@elbloqueo.it.

What is collected

The email address you type into the newsletter form. No name, no browsing data tied to you.

Signing up takes two steps: an email arrives after the form, and the address joins the list only once you confirm it.

Legal basis: consent, under article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

What it is for

Sending you updates on the project. The address is never sold, never passed on, never used for anything else.

Who else handles the data

Brevo, a French company, sends the newsletter. The data stays on servers inside the European Union.

Bunny.net, a Slovenian company, delivers the pages of this site and handles the technical connection data needed to serve them.

Google Analytics measures visits only after explicit consent. No information is sent to Google before a choice is made.

Google is a United States provider. The transfer starts only after selecting “Accept” in the analytics preferences.

Cookies

Google Analytics may set measurement cookies only after consent. You can reject or change your choice through the analytics preferences.

How long it is kept

Your address stays on the list until you remove it. The link to do so sits at the foot of every email.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive a copy.

You can withdraw consent at any time, through the link at the foot of every email or by writing to info@elbloqueo.it.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the country where you live. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Where the data travels

For the website, hosting, delivery and the newsletter remain in Europe. Google Analytics, a United States provider, is not loaded before consent. The separate connection to Instagram is described in the following section.

Instagram statistics analysis

The “Elbloqueo Statistiche” app is being configured: API access to Instagram data is not yet active. It is intended solely to analyse the professional account @elbloqueo_, with authorisation from its manager.

The connection is intended to read the account identifier and username, information about published content and available statistics, such as follower count, reach and aggregate interactions. These data help evaluate the project’s results and plan editorial content. Collecting follower lists, private messages or individual audience profiles is not planned; the app does not request permission to publish posts.

The data come from Meta’s Instagram platform. The connection concerns the project’s account: it does not add Meta tools to the website or send visitors’ browsing data to Instagram through this integration.

The access key will be stored exclusively in the account manager’s macOS Keychain. Verification results and analysis reports will be kept in restricted working files, without the access key. They are intended to be kept for as long as needed for editorial analysis; when use of the app ends or at the account manager’s request, copies of data obtained through the API and the key will be deleted.

The account manager can revoke access through Instagram’s “Apps and websites” settings. Revocation stops future reads; to also request deletion of data already stored, or information about its processing, email info@elbloqueo.it and mention “Elbloqueo Statistiche”. Deleting the project’s copies does not delete the original content on Instagram.
